They say “a change is as good as a holiday” so why not come into The Heathlands Village for a few days or weeks for a well-deserved break. The Heathlands Village Care Home provides short-term care for residents. We offer flexible packages for people requiring care after surgery or illness or simply to give carers and the family a break.
We also provide day-care for elderly people within the community. We arrange transport to and from the care home in Prestwich where you can enjoy the full array of our Village activities. You can use our fabulous arts and crafts facilities where you can paint, sketch and make various items such as candles and flower arrangements. We have recreational therapy where you can socialise and join in our activities to keep your mind stimulated or simply relax and enjoy the company. A strictly kosher meal is included in the day-care package served in our wonderful restaurant.
Our respite and day-care services provide a taste of the care home and the facilities on offer to our residents.
